The doors have a tri-folding feature too which gives you more space to manage 3D printing activities inside the enclosure. The tri-folding feature is also good for childproofing.
Sensors for Door Status (Open or Shut)
The Snapmaker 2.0 A350 enclosure comes with door sensors that detect whether the door is open or shut. If the door is open, the printer doesn’t proceed with the 3D printing, engraving, or carving operations. It also sends an alert to the LED panel that the door is not closed properly. This gives you big protection, in case you accidentally forget to shut the door and start the 3D printing operations.
Right Temperature for Enhanced 3D printing
Any rise or drop in temperature directly impacts the 3D printing process. An undesirable drop in temperature causes the 3D print to warp especially when working with ABS filaments in 3D printing. However, the enclosure for the Snapmaker ensures that the required temperature is achieved without any variation. Therefore, the enclosure also enhances the performance of the 3D printing process.
Built-in LED Light Strips
The 3D printing enclosure for Snapmaker 2.0 also comes with built-in LED light strips. These LED strips create better visibility of the 3D printing, laser engraving, and CNC carving process inside the enclosure. Optionally, you can also turn off the lights, if visibility is not required.
Custom Software Support
The 3D printing enclosure is also supported with customized software i.e., Snapmaker Luban. This software supports LED lighting control and an exhaust fan inside the 3D printing enclosure for the Snapmaker 2.0 A350.
Aluminum Beams Structure
The structure of the enclosure is supported with 24 mm and 48 mm aluminum beams. These beams help to integrate any custom module with the enclosure.
