Creality introduces copper alloy high-end nozzles for its 3D printers. These high-end nozzles are ideal for 3D printing workmanship as they ensure smooth feeding and accuracy in design.

Physical Dimensions
The 8-piece set of nozzles includes 0.4mm nozzles (4 pcs), 2x 0.25 mm nozzles (2 pcs), and 0.6 mm (2 pcs). Each nozzle comes with an overall length of 13 mm, and a width of 6 mm. The filament injection area has a diameter of 2 mm.

Copper Alloy
The copper alloy makes these nozzles more worthy than generic nozzles for high-quality, super-conductivity, and stability in 3D printing. A copper alloy nozzle can withstand and tolerate high temperature up to 500 C in a much better way than a generic nozzle made from another material, e.g., brass.

Glossy Inner Walls
The inner walls of each nozzle features a glossy finish without the presence of any burrs. It creates a very smooth filament feeding during the 3D printing process. Moreover, the nozzles also utilize special processing technology and post-treatment to ensure that their orifice (opening) is burr-free, smooth, and residue-free.

Nickel-plated Outer Layer
The outer layer of the nozzles is nickel-plated for high thermal conductivity, uniform temperature, anti-oxidation, and high temperature resistance during the 3D printing process. These attributes make these nozzles ideal for high temperature filament printing, i.e., PEEK, PEKK, PEI, PSU, and PPSU filaments. Moreover, the nickel plated characteristic also makes these nozzles less sticky. Therefore, sticky filament materials like PETG are less likely to stick within these nozzles.

Smooth Contact Surface
The contact surface of these Copper alloy hotend nozzles is smooth and flat to prevent any material leakages.

Packaging
These nozzles are well-packed and protected within an iron jar and a high-quality foam inside. The packaging eliminates the scattering of nozzles and makes your 3D printing tasks easy and hassle-free.
