Creality introduces a Full Hotend Kit for its CR-10 Smart 3D Printer. This Full Hotend Kit features rapid extrusion and smooth feeding to optimize the performance, speed, stability, and quality of your 3D creation and inspiration.

Rapid Heat Control Mechanisms

The Full Hotened Kit is backed with several essential heat controlling mechanisms, i.e., heat blocking, a thermistor, a heating tube, rapid heating, temperature control, and temperature detecting up to 260 C. All of these mechanisms ensure stable, precise, and controlled heating which boosts the outcome of your 3D-printed objects.

ABS + PC Injection Shell

The outer covering of the Full Hotend Kit includes ABS and PC material injection shell. These materials (ABS & PC) make its outer shell to be ultralight yet very strong. This ensures that the inner delicate parts of the Full Hotened Kit remain secure and well-protected from external impacts. The shell’s design also corresponds to the science and technological aspects.

Strong Heat Dissipation

The strong heat dissipation for Full Hotend Kit ensures stable and high-quality 3D printing performance. The dissipation is empowered with a high-speed cooling fan for efficient heat dissipation through air-guided holes. The strong heat dissipation also allows rapid solidification of 3D printing and you always achieve the desired results.

Heat Sink with Wave Structure Design

A heat sink resembling a wave structure is also integrated within the Full Hotend kit. This wave-structured design creates irregular heat waves that ensure effective dissipation during the 3D printing process.

Upgraded Molten Pool Nozzle

Another highlighting feature of the Full Hotend Kit is its upgraded molten pool nozzle. It appears as a rounded and cut chamfer which is very effective against water chestnut to the consumables resistance. Moving inside, its inner wall is very smooth without any burrs. The joints themselves are tightly fitted which avoids any clogging or irregularities.
